It was a long and productive day when we met at the studio with Lena (vocals, organisation), Jerome (guitar, vocals) Alex (guitar) Victor (acoustic bass) and Bugra (drums)

The goal was to record, mix and master the song ‘Believe in you’, written during a summer music workshop.

We decided to record all music instruments together in the main live room, aiming for a warm, soulful 70s sound. I used mostly ribbons and dynamic mics on the instruments.

All vocals were then overdubbed before we started the mix.

Overall, a great session with a fun and creative energy and very talented musicians!
